Main goal is to ease you into buprenorphine treatment slowly while also trying to prevent precipitated withdrawal.
Continue use of full agonist opioids (oxycodone, heroin, fentanyl, etc.)
This method should cause minimal withdrawal symptoms.
Call your PCP if you have questions or concerns, or are experiencing symptoms of withdrawal.
By the last day you will use 8 mg of suboxone.
